Lifecycle Management and Access Control
Control the state of your asset and who sees it
Our asset lifecycle management lets you archive, trash and delete files after a set duration of time. This allows you to ensure that files don’t remain in the system after their intended use. Additionally, with the advent of Catalogs you can now set permissions on what level of access a user has on a file such as restricting the ability for a user to edit or download a file.
MediaBox file sharing screen
Secure File Sharing with Watermarking
Share sensitive information stress free
Through MediaBox, you can password protect, apply a watermark and restrict the download of files shared to external users in a branded portal.
SRI security certification badge logo
Ci is ISO 27001:2013 certified and aligns with MPA's best practice to augment the risk assessment and evaluation of MPA-type content stored in Ci.
